Why I'm doing this
Founder-led distribution. The short answer.
Why are you building this site?
Two reasons, and I'd rather be upfront about both. One — I've spent 19 years building software and companies alongside other founders. The systems I've figured out, the mistakes I've paid for — I'd rather put that in your hands than let it sit in my head. Two — this is also founder-led distribution for the products my team ships (Globussoft, EmpCloud, AdsGPT, Callified and the rest). If the content's useful, some of you will end up using our software. That's the deal — and I'd rather say that out loud than pretend I'm doing it for the love of the game.
Why teach what you build instead of just selling it?
The system is the moat, not any single product. If I help an owner build their own automation engine — using our open-source tools or not — that's a win. The owners who learn it become our best customers, advocates and hires.
Are you the right person to learn this from?
