I'm Sumit Ghosh. I build software for a living — at scale.

Over the years I've helped design, build and ship 40+ products spanning CRM, healthcare, jewelry ERP, education, advertising analytics and AI — and on the consumer side, apps like Chingari and AstroLive. Eight of our B2B flagships are open source. We ship every day.

Somewhere along the way I realised the most valuable thing I have isn't any single product — it's the system. The repeatable way we automate a business: capture leads, qualify them with AI, run the back office on software we own, and compound it with data. Most business owners are told this requires a six-figure enterprise contract. It doesn't.

So I started Build With Sumit to show owners exactly how we do it — using the same open-source tools we build in the open. No black boxes. If you want to learn it, I'll teach you. If you'd rather we build it with you, my team is here. And if you just want the tools, they're free on GitHub.

What I believe

• Working software beats perfect slides. Ship, then iterate.
• AI-first: explore an AI or automation path before doing anything by hand.
• Open source by default — you should be able to own and inspect what runs your business.
• The best teacher is someone still building. I'm in the code every week.
